Did you know that every DL Lowry stylist has completed our accelerated nine-month Associate Program? The education begins for each DL Lowry stylist the same way – as an associate, no matter where they received their initial beauty school training from or how much additional training they’ve pursued. Through our proven education model and salon philosophy that’s considered the gold standard in the industry, we give young stylists the tools, training, mentorship, etiquette, confidence, and know-how to build a thriving, rewarding career. Not to mention, we have a great time doing it!
We recently appointed three legend stylists to our new Board of Education, who lead our Associate Education Program: Kari, Elsa and Callie. Leading this program includes booking hands-on classes, creating rubrics to grade stylists on performance, teaching classes and holding associates accountable while also serving as mentors.
